Exchanges-
Because of our commitment to cut down on waste and landfill where we can, we do recommend double checking all size charts and photos available to cut down on the need for returns.
If you need further help with any sizing questions, please feel free to contact us.
However, we want you to love your items and your experience shopping with us, so please reach out with 14 business days of delivery if you do need to make an exchange so that we can instruct you on where to ship back your items.
To ensure a proper exchange:
- Item must be shipped back within 14 days of order delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with any tags and branding attached.
- Items must be properly packaged to avoid damage in transit.
- Items returned in an unsellable/unhygienic condition will be deemed unacceptable and destroyed with no refund given.
We are a small, one woman shop making items to order just for you. We can offer store credit at this time as all items are custom made to order.
